Maia Reppe (f.1996) er fra Alvdal men bor nå i Trondheim hvor hun jobber som frilans sanger. Hun ble våren 2021 ferdig med en master i utøvende klassisk sang ved institutt for musikk i Trondheim. Maia har mottatt stipend fra Gunnar Løkkens minnefond i 2015, i tillegg til drømmestipendet i 2016. Våren 2019, 2020 og 2023 fikk hun også Sparebank 1 Østlandet talentstipend. Våren 2023 fikk hun kulturstipend fra Trøndelag Fylkeskommune. Som utøver har hun flere ganger vært solist med orkester, kor og korps i tillegg til deltagelse både som sanger og danser i flere av Opera Trøndelag og Opera di Setras produksjoner. Våren 2022 turnerte hun med Turneteateret, Opera Trøndelag og Fylkesmusikerne med publikumssuksessen Bør Børson Jr. Våren 2023 gjorde hun tittelrolle med Trondheim Symfoniorkester og Opera i produksjonen David og Bathsheba av Ståle Kleiberg i Norge og Polen.
BIOGRAPHY
Maia Reppe (born in 1996) is from Alvdal but currently resides in Trondheim, where she works as a freelance singer. In the spring of 2021, she completed a master's degree in performing classical singing at the Department of Music in Trondheim. Maia has received scholarships from Gunnar Løkken's Memorial Fund in 2015, as well as the Dream Scholarship in 2016. In the spring of 2019, 2020, and 2023, she also received the Sparebank 1 Østlandet Talent Scholarship. In the spring of 2023, she received a cultural scholarship from Trøndelag County Municipality. As a performer, she has been a soloist with orchestras, choirs, and bands several times, in addition to participating as both a singer and dancer in several productions by Opera Trøndelag and Opera di Setra. In the spring of 2022, she toured with Turneteateret, Opera Trøndelag, and Fylkesmusikerne in the successful production "Bør Børson Jr." In the spring of 2023, she played the title role with the Trondheim Symphony Orchestra and Opera in the production of "David and Bathsheba" by Ståle Kleiberg in Norway and Poland.
